Robert L. Hodgkinson, Chairman, Director
Mr. Robert Hodgkinson has over 30 years of relevant experience in public and venture capital markets. From 1980 to 1990, Mr. Robert Hodgkinson was a Vice President and Partner with Canaccord Capital Corp., Canada's largest independent brokerage firm. He formed Hodgkinson Equities Corporation in 1990, a privately owned boutique investment firm, which channelled over $50 million into seven portfolio companies. He was the founder of several successful petroleum exploration companies including Optima Petroleum Energy (now Petroquest Energy Inc.) and Equatorial Energy Inc. (now Resolute Energy Inc.). Currently he is the Chairman and CEO of Dejour Enterprises Ltd., a Canadian oil, gas and uranium exploration and development company is principal of several private companies and the controlling shareholder of AADCO.
Charles Hodgkinson, CEO & President, Director
Mr. Charles Hodgkinson joined AADCO as CEO in April 2003. Previous to AADCO, Mr. Hodgkinson was President of Hodgkinson Ventures Inc, a private investment firm, and was Vice-President, Sales, for Rogers Media Inc.
Stephen Li, Director
Stephen is a founder and the Managing Partner-Canada of the Quorum Group of Companies. Stephen joined Quorum in 1989 having moved from Hong Kong where he held a senior management position with the Hong Kong government for 14 years. Stephen has introduced several international initiatives on behalf of Quorum in the Pacific region, including Quorum's joint ventures with China Trust Group and China Investment & Development Co. Ltd., both of Taiwan, and initiated the Asian operations of Quorum. Stephen is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Richard Dole, Director
Since 1987, Mr. Dole has been a founder and Senior Strategies Partner of Quorum Group of Companies. He provides guidance to both the Quorum Growth Capital Division and Quorum Real Estate Investment Division. He also assists Quorum's 'investee' companies in reviewing new opportunities. Mr. Dole has over 20 years of professional and operating experience in corporate finance. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and law degrees from Cambridge and Dalhousie Universities.
Calvin Parent, Director
Mr. Cal Parent is President of Synergetic Holdings Ltd. a venture capital company. Prior to starting synergetic, Mr. Parent owned and ran Ross Roy Communications whose primary account was Chrysler. In 1999 he sold to Omnicom a global communications company that handles all Daimler Chrysler business worldwide.
